I’m on day four and still going strong. I started this on Saturday so I’m nearing the end but my question for all of you who have done a first or second round is: ” what did you do following the five day? I’m not interested in doing it again right away and I’ve done the egg fast diet three times now over the past three months, m just trying to stay in Ketosis and follow a plan that will allow me to feel like I’m not missing out.
After the soup , I really miss the crunch factor and the cheese…… oh how I love cheese.
I think I’ll do the 3 day kickstart menu followed by the other menus and see if I can’t somehow get rid of this last 40 lbs!!!. since I lost 60 I’ve been stalled and so I want to get back on track, using my fitness pal and following menus.
The recipes are soooooooooooo good!
Anyways just curious as to how and what people are doing after the soup diet and what worked well for you.
