So I’ve put on 300gms (.6lbs) total loss after 3 days is 700gms (1.5lbs) still not discouraged but a little disappointed. I have been following it perfectly and drinking lots of water. In saying that it’s not too dissimilar to how I eat normally – minus the nuts, cheese and addictive atkins bars (glad to break from that habit though!!) I still love the plan and am interested to see how it pans out after 5 days. I will do 2 days of the 3 day diet over the weekend then back on the 5 day soup diet next week!
