Just starting today, want to lose 30lbs. Question, after I follow the menus plans when choosing other recipes from your site, how do I keep the same carb, cal, fat consistent as your sample plans? Are you able to pick a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks recipes, eating the serving size and it all falls roughly close to the same nutritional balance? Love to cook but for whatever reason beyond that trumps my success, have never been able to reach my goal, close but not goal….always resort to steak then fail because I get bored. Thank you for all these amazing recipes, love low carb, seems my body reacts best to this way of eating. Your recipes will make it much more enjoyable, thank you😊
