2) No personal attacks.
3) Keep it family friendly (ie “G” rated, please)
4) Please be encouraging to each other and offer any criticism in a constructive way!
5) Do not violate copyright by posting photos or recipes in the forums that are not your own or that you do not have permission to post! A photo with a link to the original source recipe is OK as long as you don’t post the entire recipe into the forums.

Just starting today, want to lose 30lbs. Question, after I follow the menus plans when choosing other recipes from your site, how do I keep the same carb, cal, fat consistent as your sample plans? Are you able to pick a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks recipes, eating the serving size and it all falls roughly close to the same nutritional balance? Love to cook but for whatever reason beyond that trumps my success, have never been able to reach my goal, close but not goal….always resort to steak then fail because I get bored. Thank you for all these amazing recipes, love low carb, seems my body reacts best to this way of eating. Your recipes will make it much more enjoyable, thank you😊

I am 71 years old and trying to get myself going on keto eating. I love the recipes here and hope to get the encouragement I need to see it through. I need to lose about40 pounds.
