I’m looking forward to starting within the next week – but I don’t mix meat and milk at the same meal and don’t eat pork. I see that many of the recipes have meat and cheese together. I’m wondering if the products like morning star farms meat substitutes can be used or what other variations I’ll be able to use. Thanks for any help.
As long as they aren’t high in carbohydrates and fillers, then you can probably make those subs or just omit the cheese from some of the recipes. I believe it’s week five that is mostly dairy free so you can start there if you like, it’s not important that you go in order on the plan and you can sub in recipes from other weeks to customize for your personal needs as well – just be sure to stay under the 20g net carbs to make sure you keep losing! You can also try some of the egg fast recipes or do that plan if you are ok with mixing eggs and dairy since there is no meat in that plan at all! Wishing you well, keep us posted on your progress!
