I am in week 5, but reverted back to the 3-Day Keto kick-start because of some social engagements and things that had stalled my experience. On Day 3 of the kick-start and feeling a bit low. But I must say that I have felt better in the last few weeks than I had felt in months, years.I just have to keep motivated.
