I can not understand what is happening or what to do next. My diet is impeccable. I never cheat. I always(last three years) eat around 15 net carbs or less. No weight loss. Then I did the egg fast as written for 3 days. Nothing. Then I started a fat fast. eating around 85% fat. I stopped drinking wine! I have been doing all of this for two months and I have put on 3lbs. I had my thyroid checked they said it was normal. I have keto sticks and they say small or moderate everyday. What do I do now? I am going out of my mind. Thank so much in advance for any advice. I am very sad.

I wish someone had answered your post because I am having the same experience. Following the program to the letter for 2 months, in ketosis, no weight loss.

I have been to many stores trying to find sugar free mayo to no avail so I searched this site to the best of my ability. A search option would be an awesome addition her for ppl like me that just are not good at navigation web sites.
Anyway, I began to think I need some feedback as to which brand has a good flavor or maybe I should try making my own. I am a huge fan of real mayo but my brand has sugar as well as all the others I have found.
So in short I would love to hear from yall what brand in your opinion has great flavor and/or a recipe that would be closes to the top brand of real mayo!
I know this site isn’t real active now but I have noticed that people get a response when they post so that is my hope here.

That is discouraging but in the past I have had the same issue.
I can only tell you the things that has worked for me.
Some vitamins do not have the carb grams listed on them especially if you take
individual vitamins, minerals or amino acids like i do. Vitamins and chewing gum were both issues for me, my vitamins contributed 12 grams of carbs a day!! I had to have them for my medical issues so that made less carbs that I could have.
I have also learned that some veggies are low in carbs but seem to effect me in a more negative way. I get on kicks when I eat one thing for long periods at a time just for the sake of ease. Onions have more carbs and I had used them in excess in the past as well.
We all hit a plateau and that is when a few less carb intake, going back to measuring food with carbs is needed and/or a little more exercise may help.

I joined because I’m wondering if there’s a calculation I’ve missed. The pancake recipe calls for 2 oz cream cheese. Philly cream cheese is 2 carbs per ounce. How is the net carbs in this recipe 2.5.

I want to make the granola from the new cookbook but I don’t like chocolate. Can you suggest a sub item or should I just omit it? If I omit it, how does that affect the counts?

@brockwhite – You may just have a naturally hard time losing weight, look at Jimmy Moore for more information. I always found that when I stall, a little carb up seems to move the scale downwards. Now, this may be sacrilegious and I’m not saying go off Keto, but adding a few carbs via beans, or more hearty veggies could help shock your metabolism back running again. When your body gets used to the same nutrients coming in day in/day out, it remains in a stage of equilibrium. Shaking things up every now and then keeps your metabolism on its toes, never getting to comfortable enough to stall. Try it if you are desperate, I’m not saying eat a chocolate cake, I’m saying don’t be as strict for a day or two. Good luck either way 😁
