I am beginning week three tomorrow. I love the food and feel great. I have lost about seven pounds, however,I am someone that needs to be inspired to keep going. Since these weekly menus have been around awile, I was hoping to see some before and after pictures for helping me continue my journe, or maybe some weight loss totals. Not only does it take a village to take care of children, but to keep me on a diet! Lol

I just started and I’m astounded by the amount of food she suggests we eat in a day! Wow! I’m sure that you could pick and choose some separate recipes from her site/cookbook and calculate macros on your own to give yourself a new week meal plan!! I know, I wish more people would show progress pics! My progress pics are depressing cuz my big round belly deflated and now it’s just skin 😢 So maybe other people have that issue? Anyway, good luck and don’t get discouraged! There are always other resources you could look up to keep motivated!

After 2 weeks, I am actually gaining weight!!! So depressed! I followed the plans carefully… help me!
