My fiance and I started doing the Keto diet. Our wedding is only 6 weeks away, and we both need to slim down.
Are the menu plans for 2 people or do I need to double up?

My wife and I have are into our 8th week. We have been doing double of some of the menu items, but them main thing to check is the number of servings on each recipe. We started on the first 2 weeks doing double but found we had a lot of food left over and running out of freezer space.
If you have plenty of freezer space then you could double and freeze your extra servings for meals in the future. Start off with doubling meals and before you start you next weeks menu, see what left overs you have and can reuse. (The muffins/slices are commonly the items we have heaps of). I am still eating muffins from week 3 because I made such a large batch.
Hope this is useful, Best of luck!

The menu plans are made for one, but the recipes I cited when I started have multiple servings that can be shared with family or frozen. As you get later in the weeks I got better at utilizing more of the servings, but in the beginning there is definitely enough for two on some of the items! I’ll try to redo this more efficiently when I get time! Hope you do well on the plans!

Ok, thank you. I already told my fiance that some meals he’ll have to cool it on how much he can have and if he’s still hungry eat something else. Thank you for the prompt response.

I was wondering if I should double the recipes for a family of 6? If so, would there be enough for leftovers?
