So it’s day 5 for those of you who started on Monday of this week! I can’t believe it’s almost over already and I’m dying to hear how you’re doing! Technically you won’t be done until tomorrow morning, but either way I hope you’ll let us know your progress and overall how you felt about the plan, if you’d do it again, was it worth it, what did you learn, etc so others reading this can learn from your experiences with the Egg Fast!

Hi! Down 4.2 lbs! Not as much as I hoped but not bad for 5 days! My last day fell apart- I ate a late breakfast and never manage lunch (very busy) but then caved and ate a small Keto friendly dinner (but it wasn’t eggs). I also had a very low carb cocktail! Oops! I should have had more water but still got about 100oz of water a day. Next time I’ll make sure to try all the recipes in the egg fast- I just stuck to scrambled eggs, egg salad, and the buffalo omelette (sooo yummy!!). I never really missed proper food and never got sick of eggs either! I’ll definitely be doing it again- maybe next month!

Hey to all;
I started the Egg Fast this past Sunday and haven’t noticed much of anything. And I swear, I’m not cheating. I like eggs and I’m loving all the recipes I’m finding on this site so I’m happy to stick with it. I’m trying to lose body fat more than weight though, so maybe that’s it. Dunno.
I do know this though… Sriracha butter sauce. Everybody needs it! Dissertation Help in UK :)
