Well, I started on the 8th, but cheated having a couple of pork rinds. I’m doing this very basic. Drinking only water and eating hard boiled eggs, or over easy. And only 10 eggs a day, with an ounce of cheese with each meal.

I started today, July 10. Following exactly, so far. I did a five day egg fast a couple of weeks ago with good results. Since then my medications have been changed and I gained weight. Hoping the next five days gets me back on track.
Love the recipes…especially the Buffalo Omelet :)

Well, I am down 6 pounds. And my only complaint is bowel movements. Loose stool. Yikes. I need to be close to bathroom all day. And yes eggs are not very appealing as of now. Only 3.5 days to go.

Good morning everyone! I was surprised to see so few posts for this week but congrats everyone on making it through another week! Maybe everyone is on vacation like I wish I was! This week I did 5.5 lbs and was extremely happy with it! Hopefully next week I can knock a few more off.
So, I am having the family over for dinner this week and want to stay on track, so I am thinking of serving breakfast for dinner. Guess that’s the best way to deal with it, I will have eggs and they can have some other things I will not be enjoying LOL.

congrats on your loss! We love doing breakfast for dinner as a fun change, that is a really great strategy for guests!
