I’m so excited to start this journey and I love the meal plans available here!
I was curious, though, there are several ingredients listed as sugar-free that I can’t seem to find in the grocery store (Kroger). For example, marinara sauce (I think it was?). I can find No Sugar Added, but not Sugar-free. Am I looking in the wrong places?
I really need structure to start this lifestyle change successfully, so I plan to follow these weekly meal plans closely–starting with the 3-day Kickstart. If anyone else has done this and can recommend specific brands, please do share! If I need to start shopping at a different store, like a Whole Foods or Fresh Thyme, I will, but I’d rather keep racking up those Kroger fuel points, lol!
Thanks in advance for helping the noob!

Certain foods could never be sugar free if the ingredients contain sugar naturally, like tomato sauce. For sauce, you could always make your own, if that’s your thing, but a great brand is Rao’s. Simple ingredients, no added sugar, something like 1-3 net carbs per 1/4 cup of sauce. I have a few other low carb suggestions but let me know what you’re looking for! Been doing this for a few years 😊
