Description

This homemade Cajun Seasoning adds a delightful kick to chicken, seafood, pork, and vegetables, as well as soups, stews, chilis and sauces!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (smoked if you have it but otherwise regular is fine)
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (less if you don’t enjoy spicy food)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months
