This homemade Cajun Seasoning adds a delightful kick to chicken, seafood, pork, and vegetables, as well as soups, stews, chilis and sauces!
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika (smoked if you have it but otherwise regular is fine)
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (less if you don’t enjoy spicy food)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months
