Description

This Keto 5 Spice Pork Tenderloin is an easy sheet pan meal that can be made in less than 30 minutes! What’s not to love about a simple and delicious low carb dinner that the entire family can enjoy!?

Ingredients

Scale

For the tenderloin:

  • 1 tablespoon +1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated erythritol sweetener (I used Lakanto Golden)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions, for garnish if desired
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red chilis, for garnish if desired

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce or 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (I used swerve)
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

For the tenderloin:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine spices and sweetener.
  3. Coat the tenderloin in avocado oil.
  4. Rub in the spices on all sides of the tenderloin.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and fold the skinny ends under for uniform thickness.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads desired temperature – typically a safe temperature for pork is 145 degrees.
  7. Remove and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

For the sauce:

  1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Serve with sliced tenderloin.

Notes

Approximate net carbs per serving = <1g.

If you replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos it will add 1.5g net carbs per serving.
