This Keto 5 Spice Pork Tenderloin is an easy sheet pan meal that can be made in less than 30 minutes! What’s not to love about a simple and delicious low carb dinner that the entire family can enjoy!?
Ingredients

For the tenderloin:
- 1 tablespoon +1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated erythritol sweetener (I used Lakanto Golden)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions, for garnish if desired
- 2 teaspoons chopped red chilis, for garnish if desired
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce or 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (I used swerve)
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
For the tenderloin:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine spices and sweetener.
- Coat the tenderloin in avocado oil.
- Rub in the spices on all sides of the tenderloin.
- Place on a baking sheet and fold the skinny ends under for uniform thickness.
- Bake for 18 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads desired temperature – typically a safe temperature for pork is 145 degrees.
- Remove and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
For the sauce:
- Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Serve with sliced tenderloin.

Approximate net carbs per serving = <1g.
If you replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos it will add 1.5g net carbs per serving.
