Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used Hellmann’s)
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest (from 1 large lemon)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from the same lemon)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions

Add the chopped chicken to a medium bowl.
