Description

A savory baked ham recipe that is surprisingly delicious and perfect for keto or low carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 smoked ham – Mine was 19 pounds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Place your ham in a roasting pan fat side up. Slather generously with your mustard mixture. Pour about 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the pan and place in a preheated 300 degree oven. Bake for about 15 minutes per lb. uncovered.
  3. Slice and serve.
