Description

Blue cheese dressing is a classic favorite that goes well with a variety of dishes such as salads, chicken wings, and vegetables.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (Dukes or Hellman’s are my favorites)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small blender cup and blend until mostly smooth. 
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week – do not freeze. 

Notes

  1. If you prefer it runnier, add an extra splash of heavy cream.
  2. If you prefer it chunkier, stir more blue cheese into it after blending.
