Description
Blue cheese dressing is a classic favorite that goes well with a variety of dishes such as salads, chicken wings, and vegetables.

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (Dukes or Hellman’s are my favorites)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small blender cup and blend until mostly smooth.Â
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week – do not freeze.Â
Notes
- If you prefer it runnier, add an extra splash of heavy cream.
- If you prefer it chunkier, stir more blue cheese into it after blending.Â
