Description

This easy keto lemon dressing, (or vinaigrette if you want to get fancy about it) is a staple in my kitchen. Not just for low carb salads, you can use it on grilled veggies, chicken and fish too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
  2. Tighten lid.
  3. Shake.
  4. Serve.
  5. Alternatively you can whisk the ingredients together in a bowl.
