This delicious Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip Soup is easy to make and loaded with all the flavors of the classic appetizer dip.

- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 oz Dubliner or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into a medium saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until heated through and fragrant.
- Serve hot.
