If you’ve got my book Keto for Life, you’ll be thrilled to know that roughly 25% of the recipes in the book are SCKC (Squeaky Clean Keto Challenge) friendly! I’m going to list them here so that you can easily find them when doing your SCKC meal planning.
For some of you this will be a “throwaway” post, but I want this here as a separate resource to include in my SCKC Information Page where all of the Squeaky Clean Keto Challenge resources (menu plans, workout plans, guidelines, etc.) are listed. If you’re not doing the Squeaky Clean Keto Challenge, or don’t have or aren’t interested in purchasing my book Keto for Life (totally fine) then you might as well move along and save yourself a few minutes! ?

When I wrote Keto for Life, I tried to include a lot of dairy free recipes for those of you that choose to or must abstain. SCKC wasn’t even on my radar then, but I realized this morning that many of the recipes already in the book would be compliant, and when I counted them up I was thrilled to see that there were over 40 of them – more if you simply omit the sweetener.
If you’ve got the book and are doing the challenge, you can do what I did, which is go to page 370 where the Allergen Index starts and just add a column at the end for SCKC and then put a check mark next to all the recipes that comply. Or, if you don’t want to mark up your book, you can just refer back to this post for easy reference when doing your SCKC meal planning!

Only on day 3 but feeling pretty good already and my appetite is getting under control now. As you well know, the more compliant you are with KETO, the less hungry you are which is probably one of the best BENEFITS of this WOE. The food obsession and cravings (sugar) go away.
