This easy and versatile keto roasted red pepper sauce can be made in just minutes and makes a delicious low carb sauce or dressing. Squeaky Clean Keto & Whole 30 friendly, it can easily be made vegan too.
This keto roasted red pepper sauce is the perfect low carb condiment for people who like the flavor of roasted red peppers, but don’t enjoy the texture. Roasted red peppers can be a bit slimy, which is why Mr. Hungry hates them. But he hates most vegetables, so he’s really not a good barometer ha ha.
I love roasted red peppers (sliced or chopped) added to keto sandwiches, wraps, and salads. It’s not always practical to have big chunks of them in a recipe though, so when I want just the flavor I usually turn to this easy roasted red pepper sauce.
It’s a perfect low carb dressing for dipping veggies, saucing proteins, or pouring over a big pile of keto friendly leafy greens for a healthy and delicious salad.
But my absolute favorite way to enjoy this delicious roasted red pepper sauce is with my keto crab cakes. It’s a classic pairing that never goes out of style!

I just discovered this type of sauce bottled from the store. While it is very good and pretty clean, I knew you’d have something better, and I was right! Made this about two weeks ago and loved it. It’s going to be something I make quite a bit. It’s great with both veggies and meats. Thanks so much!
