This easy keto broccoli slaw can be on your table in around 5 minutes with zero chopping required! Dairy free, it keeps for up to a week in the fridge and is great for meal prepping or for large summer parties. The broccoli flavor is mild enough for even picky kids to enjoy!

I’m a huge fan of keto slaws – they are usually easy to make and are a super versatile side dish to almost anything. I get sick of leafy green salads after awhile, and I don’t always feel like a hot vegetable side dish either. That’s where this keto broccoli slaw comes in.
It’s made from the store-bought broccoli slaw mix that you can find in your grocer’s produce section – so you don’t need any fancy equipment or knife skills to make this happen.
The dressing is easy to throw together as well, meaning you could be eating this keto broccoli slaw in five minutes or less. In fact, it will take you less time to make this slaw than it will for me to finish typing up this post!

Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s a broccoli slaw either. For some reason there is very little broccoli flavor in this slaw – even Mr. Hungry, a sworn broccoli hater from childhood had some at dinner time and loved it!
In fact if you didn’t tell people that it was broccoli, I don’t think they would guess on their own – so that might be the way to go if you’re serving it to your broccoli challenged family. ;)
You’ll find this keto broccoli slaw featured in the Week 3 Keto 7 Day Menu Plan but if you don’t want to wait, by all means make it ASAP!

This is delicious! I love it. It is a refreshing side dish with lots of flavor and crunch. A really nice way to add those fresh veggies to my diet. It is quick and easy to make. I only used 1 Tbs. of Truvia granulated sweetner and it was perfect for my tastes. Thanks for a great recipe.

Loved it and got rave reviews from my non Keto family. Didn’t have celery seed so I substituted celery salt for the celery seed and kosher salt. Will reduce the sweetener next time. I followed the recipe exactly otherwise. I chilled it all together for about 30 minutes before serving. Great kept recipe. I am adding it to my saved recipes. Thank you!

Thrilled to hear this was a hit Jean! This recipe is still the only way I can sneak broccoli into my family’s diet without them knowing. 😂

To make this into a great brown bag lunch add a can of tuna or chicken for p rotein . I like to stuff a low carb pita or tortilla with it.

I also count my macros so the total recipe came out to 523 g. A serving of 130 g came out to 2.2g protein, 13.5g carbs, 4.9g fat, 554 mg sodium. This is without olive oil.

Just made this recipe. Tastes great, getting it ready for tomorrow. Only changes I made was omitting the olive oil, but I did chop up some red onion, just a lil. Also grated a radish into it also. I never had the chance to work with broccoli slaw before, so this was my chance. Great keto recipe, woo hoo!

I made this adding onion, summer squash noodles, and an apple chopped finely. Topped with sunflower seeds.

I am getting ready to make this for the 10+ time and figured I owed this recipe a review. This stuff is INCREDIBLE and refreshingly AWSOME! I buy the Kaleslaw salad mix from Walmart for this and it works wonderfully. Thanks for the recipes! You guys ROCK!

How would this keep in the fridge? If I made it for a week, would it be ok mixed? Of should it be mixed with the dressing just before eating?
Linda B says
Letting it sit it the fridge for a couple of days even is fine. Try adding some sunflower seeds and or low sugar craisins…

Alternative to broccoli slaw…spiralized kohlrabi, my new favorite vegetable. Tastes like the sweet inside of broccoli stems after you have taken off the tougher outer peel. Sooooo good. This would be a perfect salad for it.
Thanks Melissa!
