This list of 25 amazing cauliflower recipes contains some of the absolute best low carb and keto cauliflower recipes out there! These are tried and true ketogenic cauliflower recipes that the entire family will love!
Since I’ve gone keto, cauliflower has become a mainstay of my diet. It is both versatile, and very, very good for you!
A lot of people are put off by cauliflower, mainly due to its high sulfur content and strong smell. What they don’t realize is that there are many ways to prepare cauliflower that mask or remove that skunky flavor altogether.
These are some of the most popular low carb and keto cauliflower recipes on Pinterest today – some are from IBIH, but many are from other bloggers you may or may not have heard of.
Even if you or your family aren’t huge fans of cauliflower (yet), you owe it to yourselves to give at least one of these creative low carb recipes a chance to change your mind!
The keto cauliflower recipes are listed in no particular order of popularity, but I tried to group like recipes together for convenience. To get to the recipe for each photo, simply click the link below it.

I notice that most of these recipes look very rich and high in calories. This is the problem with diets now – we make up for the lack of carbs or sugar with ingredients that are not necessary that much better or leaner.

I did look at the nutritional information when provided. It’s fine if you are a child but I’m not sure an adult would limit themselves to 1/2 cup as a serving size.

I am enjoying my cauliflower falafel with my cauliflower hummus. My cauliflower brownies are in the oven. The falafel is delicious. I like the hummus too but it doesn’t really taste the way I like hummus to taste. However, I am wondering if you could make hush puppies the way you made the falafel buy with different seasoning. I love hush puppies.
